Challenging times often call for thinking out of the box and reinventing ourselves. As someone who has been a helper all her life and a wellness advocate for years, seeing the struggles of many with their health, finances and families have been heart breaking.

My sincere hope is that Helping Hands will enable me to reinvent myself, follow my passion of making a difference, by assisting you in the challenges faced by your families. Starting out with a set of offerings I have seen lacking, while being open to others you may feel the need for along the way.
